Lienel is a 6-member main vocal and dance group under STARDUST PROMOTION as a part of their EBiDAN branch and formed through the EBiDAN AUDITION. The audition were documented on a documentary series called 'EBiDAN The Future' that airs on U-NEXT.
They made their first appearance in EBiDAN THE PARADE 2023 SPRING on April 29, 2023, and made their debut on April 30, 2023, with the single LOVE Communication.
The group name "Lienel" comes from the French word "Lien éternel," meaning "eternal bond," and is meant to express the group's desire to connect with its members and fans.[2]
