ICEx is an 8-member dance vocal unit under EBiDAN affiliated with STARDUST PROMOTION. They are announced their formation on March 31, 2023. They made their major debut under Victor Entertainment on August 16, 2023, with a single titled CANDY.

ICEx is a dance vocal unit with average age 18 years old who "love to love" (愛し愛する). The group concept is "I love all love" (全ての愛を愛す) which also the origin of the group name.

- Their fanclub name is 'COOLer Box'
- Their main music genre is 'Retro Toy Pop', Retro Toy as in it sounds like an old game music and pop as in it have a fun feelings.[2]
- At first they plan to debut as a seven-membered group which consist of all TEAM S members and an additional member. The candidate for the one additional member were Tsutsui Toshiaki and Yagami Ryosuke but at the end the management choose both of them to debut with ICEx.
