EDAMAME BEANS is a six member Japanese boy band formed in Tokyo in 2016. Originally started as a pre-debut training team that called 'EBiDAN THE STREET',[1] the group released EDAMAME BEATS on July 29, 2018 and also Alright on March 24, 2019. On May 13, 2020, they officially debuted with their first single MIRAI. On August 31, 2023, EDAMAME BEANS has been graduated and the last live held on Sunday, August 13th on Kawasaki Ekimae Festival -One Plate Festival-

2016[]
- January 14 - EBiDAN THE STREET pre-debut team announced on the EBiDAN 39&KIDS Ameblog that they would performing as dancers in the opening act for Satori Boys Club. On that blog, they announced the group name that called EDAMAME BEANS.
- January 17 - The group performed for the first time at Satori Boys Club street live at Muza Kawasaki.[2]
- June 22 - EBiDAN THE STREET in-store event and appearance announced.
- July 21 - Appeared at EBiDAN THE KiDS FES 2016. Satori Boys Club and EBiSSH also appeared on the day, completing the full EBiDAN THE STREET lineup. The first EBiDAN THE STREET event was held at Shibuya eggman. Afterwards, an in-store event was held at HMV&BOOKS TOKYO,[3]and a special high-five event was held for purchasers of EBiDAN vol. 8.
- September 8 - EDAMAME BEANS posters displayed at the EBiDAN museum at HMV&BOOKS TOKYO.
- October 30 - Appeared at EBiDAN THE UNION HALLOWEEN PARTY 2016 on Tokyo Dome City Hall
2017[]
- April 3 - Rex last perform on EDAMAME BEANS in Akihabara.
- August 3 - They appeared as one of the opening acts at the "EBiDAN THE LIVE 2017 ~SUMMER PARTY~" event held at the Tokyo International Forum and performed their first original song, "Horizon."
- August 4 - They appeared as one of the opening acts at the "EBiDAN THE LIVE 2017 ~SUMMER PARTY~" event held at the Tokyo International Forum and performed their first original song, "Horizon."
- December 22 - EDAMAME TV #1 is posted on Stardust's official YouTube channel.
2018[]
- January - Official Twitter account launched.
- April - Yuushi left from EDAMAME BEANS due tou his study[4].
- July 29 - First single CD "EDAMAME BEATS" goes on sale. On the same day, a release commemorative live concert was held at Muza Kawasaki.
- August 25 - The official Music Video for "EDAMAME BEATS" was released
- August 29 - Apperead at 「夢と涙のD7 ～ROAD TO EBiDAN THE LIVE 2018～」
- December 16 - Appeared at "Hoshio Matsuri 2018".
2019[]
- March 25 - Second single "Alright" goes on sale at Muza Kawasaki.
- June 2 - First solo concert held at Roppongi Morph Tokyo.
2020[]
- April 27 - A teaser video for the music video for "MIRAI" was released on the official Twitter account.
- May 1 - The music video for "MIRAI" was released on EDAMAME TV
- May 13 - They made their major debut with the single "MIRAI" under the label SDR.
- September 20 - Appearing at "EBiDAN Smile Fes"
- December 1 - Official TikTok account launched.
2021[]
- March 31 - Naoya Ogino graduated. From then on, the group was reduced to six members.[5]
- June 4 - The YouTube channel "EDAMAME TV" was launched.
2022[]
- July 26 - Official Instagram page launched.
- July 27 - The group debuted their first new song under the new lineup, "FREEDOM," at Wednesday Night Live in LAZONA.
- August 21 - Appearing as the opening act at "EBiDAN THE LIVE 2022 ~ EBiDAN AWARDS ~".
- October 22 - The new song "Abracadabra" will be debuted at "Otoko-Kumicho Festival 2022"
- December 3 - At the "Ikuta Ryokuchi Picnic Concert Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Tama Ward," it was announced that "FREEDOM" and "Abracadabra" will be released digitally on December 6th.
- December 6 - The digital single "Abracadabra / FREEDOM" was released. This is the first song from EDAMAME BEANS since Naoya Ogino graduated.
2023[]
- August 13 - They held their final free live concert in Kawasaki.
- August 31 - Activities ended. Nakano Ryu joins EBiDAN TOKYO. Eito, Kei, and Noel left the agency.
